FAQs
I mostly work with solo service providers, like consultants, coaches, and freelancers. But the SOL.OS framework can also work for small founder-led agencies.
Larger companies where the founder's already taken a back seat and has a team in place won't find this valuable. I also don't typically work with non-service businesses.
Nope. You might use tech products to run some of the systems, but SOL.OS itself is more of a mental model and framework for figuring out which systems you need in your business.
Which retainer should I choose?

Honestly it depends. The Lite Install is aimed at founders who are able to build and implement the systems but just need my guidance on what they should build.
The Full Install is for founders who need more hands-on help when it comes to building the systems.
I can advise on which is best for you after your Config Call. Plus you can always switch from one to the other.
How long does the retainer last?

This depends on the nature of your business, complexity of offer, whether you already have some systems in place, etc. It really could be anywhere from 3 to 12 months.
It's a rolling retainer though so you aren't tied in to a longer period than you actually need.
What do we cover on the Config Call?

Ahead of the call you'll fill out a questionnaire so I know all about your business.
Then on the call itself we'll map out all of the systems you need across Direction, Demand, and Delivery.
